Jerome Prat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards. He earned his M.Sc. in Human Resources from the prestigious HEC Montréal and also studied at KEDGE Business School. Mr. Prat currently serves as the Vice-President of Total Compensation and HR Systems at Cogeco Communications Inc, a leading provider of internet, television and phone services across the United States and Canada. Prior to this, he held several senior HR positions at Cogeco Communications Inc, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Director of Total Compensation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Prat worked as an independent compensation consultant and also gained valuable experience at Mercer as a consultant. He has also held roles as Senior Director of Compensation at SNC-Lavalin, Manager of Global Compensation Americas at Bombardier Transportation, and Senior Compensation Consultant at Bell Canada. Mr. Prat's background has allowed him to develop strategic and data-driven approaches to HR compensation strategies.
