David Beatty is an experienced learning design and facilitation specialist with a career spanning over four decades. He is a strong advocate for Stafford Beer's Viable System Model (VSM) and Team Syntegrity, which is a systematic process for solving complex problems in organizations. With a focus on intergenerational crossover to planetary civilization, David is currently associated with H3 Uni, a person-to-planet learning system. Additionally, he is the co-ordinator of the World Syntegrity Project at World Service Authority. Having studied Communication at Michigan State University, David's passion revolves around enabling whole system resilience and transformation. He has worked with several organizations in various capacities, such as Connection & Action, Center for Human Emergence, and Delft Cluster, where he served as the Director of Organisation & Individual Learning.
