Ignacio Fiestas

Ignacio Fiestas is the Head of Economic Growth at Nathan Associates London Ltd., with over 12 years of experience in poverty and growth, private sector development, and rural market development.

He has been actively involved in designing, implementing, and evaluating private sector and market development programs across Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Currently overseeing Nathan London's project portfolio, he serves as the project director for market development initiatives in Zambia, Ghana, and Ethiopia.

His expertise lies in market development, private sector development, business enabling environments, strategy and policy building, as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Ignacio Fiestas has a Master of Arts degree in International Relations, Development Economics, and International Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

His professional experience includes roles at Nathan Associates, the United Nations, Regional Unit for Technical Assistance (RUTA), The World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
