He has worked with various organizations, including emids, Capgemini, and HCA Healthcare, where he excelled in client relationship management, program management, and business development. Allen has also honed his skills in artificial intelligence, genomics, blockchain, and informatics, which he studied at Coursera. Furthermore, he served as District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America and held positions in the US Army, AT&T, and Ericsson Network Projects.
