Emily Chen

Emily Chen is a highly educated Senior Consultant with experience in research and program development. She holds a Master's degree in Data Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of International Affairs in International Management from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy. Emily also has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, San Diego.

Her professional experience stems from her time as a Senior Research Analyst, Research Analyst, and Program Development Intern at Ipsos Public Affairs. Additionally, she has previously worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan, the National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium, and the American Institute in Taiwan. Emily's skills and expertise include data analysis, research, program development, and public relations coordination.

Currently, Emily works as a Senior Consultant - Advanced Solutions at Guidehouse. In this position, she develops solutions and manages projects for clients in the healthcare industry.
