Jonathan Neman

Jonathan Neman is a co-founder and CEO of Sweetgreen, a fast-casual chain restaurant that focuses on serving healthy food and developing healthier communities. With a mission to connect people to real food, Jonathan and his team have built a company that employs over 4,000 hardworking individuals to deliver their core values daily. Jonathan's passion for building brands that connect to local neighborhoods has resulted in the opening of over 120 locations across nine states, including California, Illinois, and Texas.

Before co-founding Sweetgreen, Jonathan studied Finance and Management at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. His education and work experience also includes a stint as a consultant at Bain & Company. Additionally, he formerly served as a board member at MeUndies.
