Procurement

-Hardware (i.e. laptops, desktops, printers, cables, installations etc.) ; Software Licenses; Consumables; obtaining and submitting quotations, raising of Purchase Orders on SAP and processing accordingly once invoices were received; Invoicing and Approvals and queries.

Mobile Phones (Approx 800 Users)

Handling of all Upgrades; renewals; repairs; contracts; sim swaps; usage checks; data contracts; soft-locking/blocking; roaming; queries and recoveries.
