Tracy Shaw is a seasoned management consulting professional with expertise in leadership, business development, program delivery, and partnership development.

With a background as a business owner and Regional Branch Manager, Tracy has extensive experience in operations management including employee engagement, quality management, partnership initiatives, and training programs.

She has successfully led national CRM/ATS rollouts and achieved ISO certification, while also providing consultation on regulatory affairs and employment-related topics like PNP, TFW, and PIPEDA.

In her role overseeing the BC/Yukon Region of a public/private partnership employment project, Tracy excelled at developing strategic partnerships with various organizations and managing relationships with government stakeholders.
