Nina Poláková

Nina Juríková is a highly experienced Human Resources (HR) professional and educator based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Nina attended Gymnázium Viliama Paulinyho-Tótha in Martin, where she studied všeobecnovzdelávací in the natural sciences. She went on to earn a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and Information Science, respectively, from the renowned Univerzita Komenského in Bratislava.

Nina's passion for HR and education saw her take on multiple roles across different organizations in Slovakia. She has worked as an HR Partner at Poštová banka, where she focused on HR coordination, and as an HR & Soft Skills Training and Event Management specialist in self-employment. Currently, she serves as a Partner for Human Resources at 365.bank, one of Slovakia's fastest-growing banking institutions.

Nina's focus on bringing humanity and transparency to HR practices and relationships is evident in her work. Her aim is to make HR functions more accessible and inclusive, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders. She is an expert in HR processes and procedures, including talent management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
