Roxane has a diverse educational background that includes a Masters of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University-MERIT, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society from University College Maastricht. She also scored an impressive 37/42 on her International Baccalaureate exams while attending the International School Kyiv (pechersk) in Ukraine.
