Rachel Romero is an accomplished business development manager with a wealth of experience in merchant acquisition and commercial consulting. She holds a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Arizona State University West, where she graduated Cum Laude. Rachel's journey started as a dedicated Human Resource Specialist at the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where she learned about the intricacies of managing human capital.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with reputed organizations and held several leadership positions. She was a Managing Partner at In The Scene Limousine and President at Sunstone Entertainment. Rachel also worked as a Tier One Vacation Consultant at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. and spent several years in the US Commercial Acquisition Group as a Senior Business Consultant with American Express.
Currently, Rachel is a Manager of Business Development, Merchant Acquisition at American Express, where she helps Greater San Diego businesses take advantage of the many benefits of the new Amex.
