Charles Cushing is a 2x startup founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a passion for finance and operations. Holding a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and Mandarin Chinese from Capital University of Economics and Business, Charles has gained valuable experience in diverse fields such as business development, equity financing products, and energy markets. As the Director of On Deck Founders (ODF) at On Deck and a former Partner at Pascal Capital, Charles is a prominent figure in the startup ecosystem. Prior to his current roles, Charles has held several senior positions like COO at Twice and Head of Assisted Selling Operations at eBay. Cushing is an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy and a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State (2011-12).
