Gerard Palou Anglès is a seasoned professional in the digital advertising industry and currently serves as the COO and Co-Founder of Tipscool - a platform that aims at improving how organizations mentor and develop their employees. Prior to his leadership position at Tipscool, Gerard was a Head of Supply & Operations at Jarvis Digital, a programmatic video advertising platform that he co-founded. During his tenure at Jarvis Digital, Gerard played a critical role in defining the strategy and developing key partnerships with various ecosystem players, achieving over $3M in revenues within the first year. With years of experience and expertise, Gerard has established himself as a Business Angel who has invested in multiple promising startups such as Glovo, Airning, Jobin, Adpure, and of course, Tipscool. Gerard's professional journey began with studying Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and later pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Maastricht University. He also studied at La Salle BCN and Demium Academy for various programs of acceleration and incubation.
