Amanda Boyd is a successful women & children's apparel designer with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. A graduate of Iowa State University, Amanda also studied apparel design at the London College of fashion. With expertise in knitting, wovens, tops, bottoms, outerwear, swim, and accessories, Amanda is a one-stop-shop that knows how to do everything.

Amanda has worked for many large corporations and understands teamwork, concepting a collection, and deadlines. She's also been affiliated with various freelance projects for Athleta Girl, Athleta, Blu Kicks, and Rikshaw Designs, among others. Amanda launched her own children's wear company, Adore La Vie, which was successful, and it was stocked in over 50 stores nationwide.

Amanda loves the fashion world, and it's amply reflected in her work. As a technical designer, she created tech packages for Spiegel's Blush line, Gymboree's sleepwear, costumes, and girl dresses. Amanda has also worked as a freelance designer for many companies, such as Marine Layer, Carve Designs, Entirely Me Kids, and Oso & Me, to name a few.

Amanda's notable design positions include Janeville Designer (women's brand owned by the Gymboree Corporation) and Janie & Jack kid girl Designer, where she designed complete collections of all knits, wovens, sweaters, swimsuits, and outerwear. Amanda is committed to her profession and has extensive experience in athletic wear & sweater design.
