In this capacity, I orchestrate network and server configurations for this U.S. Fortune 500 company, providing design solutions to optimize its IT environment. I steer the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, including a multi-year datacenter migration and stand-up new environment in Shanghai and Beijing, China. I lead project, vendor, and other cross-functional teams to install equipment and facilitate migrations. I also collaborate with senior leaders and kick off in-depth discussions to propel seamless operations. My achievements include:
•	Launched a new datacenter in Shanghai and Beijing, China, procuring all the gear for a large database team, delivering Oracle Exadata and bare metal servers to this team and providing turnover of the environment to the local infrastructure team.
•	Received multiple commendations for my impeccable communication and collaboration skills.   
•	Onboarded 67 Exadata Racks that replaced bare metal databases, facilitating a seamless transfer.

In this role, I provided thought leadership to assist customers with their business technology needs. I analyzed functional and technical requirements and designed technical solutions. In addition, I partnered with internal stakeholders to complete projects on time and within budget. My achievements included:
•	Migrated customer applications and databases to Microsoft Azure and several customers to Office 365.
•	Delivered hands-on technical leadership to ensure the senior delivery team achieved objectives.

I directed an onshore and offshore team accountable for maintaining the IT environment to achieve a 99.95% uptime SLA. I collaborated with system engineers on IT and technology integration projects that stimulated digital transformation. I also generated detailed network diagrams and accurate turnover documentation. I controlled daily reporting on environment status to senior leaders and the CIO. My achievements include:
•	Reconfigured hardware and virtualized infrastructure, resulting in a more highly available environment.
•	Managed an offshore 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) team, daily operations, and complex projects, allowing senior leaders to focus on engineering functions.
•	Rotated as on-call Technical Duty Officer (TDO), supporting critical decision making for client-facing environments, including failover to the disaster recovery (DR) site.

In this role, I oversaw Red Hat system administration, configuration, and support to achieve objectives. This included troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving on-site and cloud-hosted applications and systems. I analyzed performance and performed kernel tuning to maximize throughput. I also led the infrastructure team in the rollout of an IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and on premise and cloud Business Intelligence (BI) software, including Pentaho, Talend, and Netezza. My achievements include:
