Vinayak Garg

Vinayak Garg is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and gardening enthusiast based in India. He is widely recognized as the Founder of Lazy Gardener, an innovative venture aimed at providing easy and sustainable gardening solutions to urban gardeners. Vinayak has a diverse background with a degree in Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. He also spent a year studying abroad at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees de Lyon in France, where he further honed his skills in technology and engineering.

Vinayak's professional career has been marked by several impressive accomplishments, including being among the 12 fellows chosen under the Gurukul program run by H.H. Dalai Lama's foundation. He also worked as a Consultant for Government Reforms with PwC from 2008 to 2010. Vinayak was awarded the Young Visionary Award 2012 under Indiafrica, an initiative of Govt. of India. Additionally, he is a 2014 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in Delhi.

Vinayak's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found several successful companies, including ZestMD Inc., LeapRx Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and LeapEd Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has also served as a member of the Advisory Board at Weza Tele Ltd, demonstrating his immense versatility, and expertise to diverse sectors.

Vinayak is passionate about mindfulness, meditation, and exploring spirituality, which he developed during his time as a Gurukul fellow. He leverages this passion to inform his work with community-focused initiatives, empowering other people to develop a sustainable and fulfilling life. Through his efforts with Lazy Gardener, Vinayak has inspired a new generation of urban gardeners in India and beyond.
