Sarika Malhotra

Sarika Malhotra is a successful entrepreneur and technology enthusiast who is passionate about transforming organizations with advanced technologies. She is a co-founder of C3IT, where she currently serves as the CEO. Her company delivers services to enterprise customers in the retail, manufacturing, pharma, and BFSI industries. Over the past year, she ventured into the SaaS space by founding two platforms, Proceso and Connect with a small group of passionate engineers.

Malhotra is the President of IAMCP, a non-profit organization working with the Microsoft Partner Channel. She previously served as the International Chair for Diversity & Inclusion. Moreover, she works actively with the international partner community to encourage diversity in the workplace. Her life journey began at Tata Consultancy Services after graduating with a post-graduate degree from India's premier technical institute, IIT Roorkee.

Apart from managing a company and participating in social programs, Malhotra is keen on meditation, spirituality, Sufi writings, Urdu poetry, and music. She is a cheerful wife and mother of two children who resides in Pune.
