As a Sr. Creative Recruiter for Pereira & O'Dell, I placed candidates in full time and freelance roles across several disciplines, including Creative, Planning, Strategy, Account, Operations and Production. I worked closely with the founders, ECD and department heads to identify top notch talent in the US and internationally.  I helped the agency grow and build thier recruiting process from scratch, including, implementing and managing POD's first-ever applicant tracking system and intern program. I cultivated deep relationships with some of the best schools around, identifying up and coming talent, serving as an overall Ambassador of the agency. Contract Creative Recruiter

Primary responsibilities included recruiting all levels of Creative full-time and contract talent for both print and interactive projects. Additional responsibilities included recruiting candidates for full-time Finance, Marketing and Strategy roles, when needed.
