- Developed product roadmaps for Consumer Loyalty and Engagement
- Managed significant Data Centre infrastructure transformation projects
- Continued to provide uptime SLA of over 99.98% for all hosted solutions

Technical Director

Responsible for the development delivery and operational support of multiple large-scale hosted digital transaction platforms including:
- Retail + Fuel management systems
- Loyalty and Engagement
- Card Payment processing
Oversight for the day to day operation, direction and resourcing of Data Centre Operations, Software development teams and Application support team utilising both office-based and offshore technical staff.
Responsibility for Security Operations, Governance and Compliance across the Operation and Development teams as well as leading the company PCI-DSS complaince program

Head of Hosted Solutions

Managing the Data Centre Operations support team supporting the infrastructure, software and facilities that support HTEC’s Online Loyalty, Back Office and EFT Payment solutions.
Responsible for ensuring DataCentre operations were conducted in compliance with PCI DSS and taking responsibility for yearly assessment audits.
