Amenah Keshari

Amenah Keshari is an accomplished immigration lawyer based in the United States. With extensive experience in employment-based immigration law, Keshari has a deep understanding of the legal nuances of various visa applications, including the O-1 Extraordinary Ability or Achievement, EB-2 Exceptional Ability with National Interest Waiver, and the H-1B nonimmigrant visa. Keshari also specializes in securing U.S. lawful permanent residency through labor certification and the first employment category.

Keshari studied B.S. in Honors Political Science and Psychology at the University of Houston before getting her Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
