Heath Linsky

Heath Linsky is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in advising public companies, including non-listed and listed REITs, on various transactions such as securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Linsky has a robust track record of managing over $20 billion in public securities offerings throughout his career.

In addition to transactional work, Linsky provides counsel on corporate governance, audit and special committee matters, general securities law compliance encompassing Exchange Act reporting and listing requirements, and fund formation and organization. He has extensive experience in structuring real estate, private equity, and hedge funds.

Heath Linsky pursued his Juris Doctor (JD) at Emory University School of Law, complementing his legal education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, also from Emory University. His formative academic years include studies at East Brunswick High School.

Currently serving as a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Linsky has built a strong professional foundation. He previously held the position of Partner at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, further enriching his expertise and legal acumen.
