Guy Lachmann

Guy Lachmann is a Senior Partner at Pearl Cohen, where he plays a significant role in the Hi-Tech Group and serves as the Chair of the Japan Practice Group. His legal expertise encompasses hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He is particularly focused on advising clients through various stages of their business development, from early-stage financing to exit transactions, and represents a diverse range of clients, including startups and Fortune 500 companies.13

In addition to his legal practice, Lachmann is actively involved in academia as a lecturer and mentor at several entrepreneurial programs in Israel.
