Steve B. Park

Steve Park is a highly experienced corporate, securities, and finance attorney specializing in public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, EB-5 transactions, and compliance with SEC regulations.

He is recognized for his expertise in EB-5 financing matters and has represented various regional centers, project developers, and sponsors in EB-5 securities offerings across the United States.
