Jim Schneider

Jim Schneider is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning over 25 years in organizational management, 20 years in military operations and leadership, 18 years in non-profit leadership, and 15 years in hospital operations management. He has a deep expertise in various areas, including business operations and strategic planning, ethics and advocacy, spiritual formation, training and development, team-building, facilitative leadership, process improvement (Lean Green Belt), and public speaking.

Jim has studied extensively and holds a Master's degree in Health Care Mission, Theology/Theological Studies from Aquinas Institute of Theology, a Master's degree in Education (Community Counseling) from Texas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Throughout his career, Jim has held various leadership positions. Most recently, he retired as the Director of Mission Integration at Via Christi Health, where he successfully led various strategic initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and success. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Spiritual Care (Regional) and Executive Director of Hospice (Regional) at Covenant Health System. Jim also spent 15 years in the United States Air Force, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Support Officer, and Administrator (Retired Officer).

Jim is associated with various organizations and has contributed greatly to the healthcare, non-profit, and military sectors. He is a highly skilled and dynamic individual with a proven track record of success.
