David Sacks is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and movie producer. He is the co-founder of Craft Ventures and has backed over 20 unicorns. Before delving into venture capital, Sacks served as the COO of PayPal, one of the world's largest online payment systems. He founded two impressive startups, Geni.com, a genealogy website, and Yammer, a social network for businesses later acquired by Microsoft. He served as an investor, COO, and interim CEO at Zenefits, and as the founding chairman of Harbor Inc.
Sacks studied economics at Stanford University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. He occasionally produces films, including the satirical comedy "Thank You For Smoking." Sacks is a regular guest on the All-In Podcast, where he talks about tech trends and new ventures.
