Experimenting with an AI toy

I've been assisting various organizations in defining the value proposition of their products and determining the most effective development approach. 

This involved working closely with their users to define the specifications, while conducting deep technical dives to identify how the product should be developed and how to generate strong IP.

Projects included both SaaS and Hardware projects.

Cobugs was a startup focused on the development and launch of two practical products: Vidbix and Comeet.

Vidbix enabled support teams of SaaS applications to better understand the issues their customers were facing. When a user had an issue, rather than asking them to write down the problem, Vidbix enabled the users to record their screens while verbally explaining the issue. This allowed SaaS companies (like Pipedrive, Pleo, Holded, Signaturit, among many other SaaS) to resolve their issues more efficiently, reducing user frustration and enhancing the overall support experience.

Comeet was designed as a solution for the remote work era, providing an alternative to real-time meetings.

At Cobugs, I took on two primary responsibilities: shaping the product and its technical architecture, as well as securing and managing funds to support the company.

Sensefields was a joint venture between Worldsensing and Cedinsa with the goal of enhancing car counting systems. Cedinsa brought in their business expertise while Worldsensing contributed with their technology and expertise.

- From 3 to 100 people company.
- Coordinated and key participant in the definition and implementation of all company product families (Loadsensing, OneMind -spinned-of-, FastPrk -sold-, Spider -closed-).
- Build and managed the Engineering (20 people) and Operations (5) teams. And part of the Product (4) team.
- Tech "stack": From low power devices (more than +100K devices deployed generating data) to SaaS platforms to ingest and integrate data from many origins.
- Developed relations with many partners.
- Our main product family (Loadsensing) was copied by various competitors :)
- Managed the development while closely driving the IP of the company.
- Supported the process of various fundraising rounds, and integrated acquired products.
