William J Kelly

Bill Kelly is an accomplished entrepreneur, businessman, and educator with a diverse background in architecture, business administration, and international relations. He studied architectural drawing at Benson Polytechnic High School and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School along with a BA in German and International Relations from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Kelly currently serves as General Partner at AgriCascadia, a private investment firm that focuses on sustainable food and agriculture ventures. He previously co-founded and chaired upLVL, Inc., an education technology company, and served on the board of Leavitt Risk Partners and ReelDx, among other organizations.

Mr. Kelly also has a background in teaching and has served as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Concordia University Portland. He has also been a member of the Mayor's Economic Council in the City of Portland and has served on several other non-profit organizations' boards, including All Hands Raised and Great Minds.

Before entering the business world, Mr. Kelly was a senior product manager at Creative Multimedia and underwent management training at Knight-Ridder Corporation. His extensive experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Learning.com, an edtech company, and working as Vice President of Commerce at WebMD.
