Customer and Administrative support for our Field Service Center.  Dedicated to providing high-quality professional assistance to our local branches, sales personnel, external job candidates, clients, and internal departments.  Respond to a high volume of telephone, email, and various inquiries related to payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Technical Support, and General Processing Questions. Coordinate timely flow of paperwork while maintaining high accuracy and follow through to completion. Prepare communications such as memos, emails, and various other correspondence. Create and maintain filling systems both electronic and physical.  Educate branch offices about timelines, procedures, and the cost/benefit of various alternatives.

Plan, organize, and coordinate internal meetings and special events. Assist with travel arrangements. Prepare communications such as memos, travel advisories, upcoming events, invoices, reports, emails, and all other correspondences needed.  Design templates as needed. Respond to heavy amounts of email and phone calls. Met high expectations consistently. Leveraged strengths in communication, action, decision making, and professionalism to build relationships with our clients as well as smooth over and restore relationships with escalated guests.

Concierge role was to provide excellent customer service and knowledge of the area to all hotel guests. Managed various requests with professionalism.  Point of contact for travel assistance including: restaurant reservations, tours, event tickets, and more. Worked with various third party vendors implementing contracts with the hotel. Arrange special service request including medical and infant travel needs. Assist all and any office management needs and provided colleagues with training support including new hires.

Front Desk representative of the third largest hotel in San Francisco. Provided excellent and effective customer service to all hotel guests.  Provided guests with professionalism, support in every phase of their hotel stay.  Processed all forms of payments, verified payment types and identification.  Night auditor responsibility including charging, settling, and finalizing all hotel stay bills. Trained new hires.
