Gary Vinson is a skilled technical consultant and programmer with extensive knowledge of Elite time and billing software, particularly Elite, a Thomson-Reuters company. His areas of expertise include installing Elite servers, configuring SQL and Informix databases, designing custom reports run from Elite Enterprise, developing custom software interfaces, migration and conversion programming, and consulting on technical problems and issues. He has also developed proficiency in programming in various languages. Gary Vinson’s education includes a B.A. in English and Information Systems from East Texas Baptist University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.
