Melissa Dishell is a seasoned Los Angeles native who has made quite a name for herself in the entertainment and fashion industries, with a career spanning over 25 years. From a young age, Melissa has been passionate about the arts, having worked as a professional hip-hop dancer, appearing in music videos and live performances with notable artists like Dr. Dre and Backstreet Boys. After graduating from Stanford University in 1996, Melissa founded Dishell Multimedia Group, providing artist management, public relations, brand management, event coordination, and fashion show production services to clients.

Her initial clients included some of the most esteemed behind-the-scenes music personalities, such as renowned Choreographer Fatima Robinson and Director Chris Robinson. However, Melissa quickly became recognized for her work with cabaret dance troupe the Pussycat Dolls, producing their acclaimed live performance, "Pussycat Dolls Live at the Roxy," which attracted guest stars like Charlize Theron and Christina Aguilera.

Melissa later expanded Dishell Multimedia Group into events, launching DMG Events, where she produced fashion shows, product launches, and award show after-parties for clients such as Christian Louboutin and Pharrell Williams. Melissa's expertise in retail and visual merchandising also allowed her to produce showroom presentations for luxury brands such as Christian Louboutin Beauté and Roland Mouret.

In 2015, Melissa moved into a senior leadership position as SVP of Marketing at Pharrell Williams' creative collective, i am OTHER, where she was responsible for strategic marketing and branding for internal and external brands. Melissa led experiential marketing and event production, secured brand partnerships, and helped to create the OTHERtone and The Pharmacy sets for Beats 1/Apple Radio.

Throughout her career, Melissa has proven to be a valued collaborator and industry expert, with a unique blend of expertise in entertainment and fashion. She prides herself on her ability to create unforgettable experiences that appeal to a wide range of audiences, and her drive to always exceed expectations.
