Meet Chloe Eustache, a clinician with a passion for innovative, evidence-based whole-person care. Chloe has a Master's Degree in Registered Nursing and is well-equipped with Nursing Administration, Nursing Research and Clinical Nursing expertise. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Psychology and International Development from McGill University.
Prior to joining Salesforce's Health and Life Sciences team, Chloe was responsible for scaling up one of Canada's leading virtual-care providers, where she contributed to finding solutions that enhanced clinical quality and patient experience in a fast-paced health-tech environment.
Throughout her career, Chloe has held positions such as Clinical Quality Manager and Clinician Coordinator at Dialogue, Home Palliative Care Coordinator at Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation Montreal, and Nurse Clinician in Acute Care and Oncology at The Jewish General Hospital.
Currently, Chloe is a Project Manager Solutions and Alliances in the Health and Life Sciences team at Salesforce. With a keen interest in leveraging new technologies to make whole-person care accessible, Chloe's work is aimed at finding innovative solutions that positively impact patient experience and clinical quality.
