Dawn Seymour is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a diverse background spanning 18 years of experience executing IT projects related to testing, deployments, releases, training, and process improvement. With an MBA in Project Management from City University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Wichita State University, she has a natural knack for developing and delivering technical training to both technical and non-technical end-users.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to document system requirements for developers, translating and communicating effectively between parties to ensure requirements are met seamlessly. Her hybrid methodology approach to projects is well-known for its effectiveness in delivering the required project objectives, within timelines and budgets.

Dawn has worked across diverse organizations such as Seattle Public Schools, Microsoft, Premera Blue Cross, PACCAR among others. Formerly a Project Manager at MediaPRO, she is currently Senior Project Manager at Seattle Public Schools, where she continues to develop and manage projects that aid in the improvement of processes and production, ultimately leading to increased productivity and boosting revenue goals.

As a consultant and an SAP Analyst, Dawn has provided her expertise in change management, readiness, and quality system delivery, proving her to be an asset in every role she has taken on.
