I support a wide range of projects supporting corporate residency and consulting practice, workshops and public speaking engagements, client meetings/retreats, and individual/group coaching. CHALLENGE:
Selected to leverage prior construction/remodeling experience in developing sustainable materials programs and provide oversight of multiple ongoing projects with a focus on sustainable design of new and existing facilities.

RESPONSE:
•	Served as key point of contact for numerous new construction and remodeling projects supporting Saleforce’s global office expansion initiative (1.6M+ sq. ft. in the U.S., Europe, and Australia).
•	Collaborated with materials manufacturers/suppliers to identify and implement permanent production practices that fulfilled Salesforce’s building requirements while also adding value to their individual businesses.
•	Collaborated with internal resources and external partners to ensure delivery in alignment with client expectations.
•	Met regularly with client stakeholders to provide comprehensive updates on progress and areas of concern.

Brightworks Sustainability

CHALLENGE:
Joined real estate development and investment management company specializing in luxury sustainable residential projects. First hire in this position.

RESPONSE:
•	Led the development and formalization of company’s sustainability strategy for both LEED certification and high-performance Living Building Challenge.
•	Directed project teams, tracked progress, drafted project documentation, and reported status.
•	Projects included high-end residences on San Francisco’s Lombard St. and in Pacific Heights neighborhood.

CHALLENGE:
Joined firm responsible for setting the design vision for Google’s global campus-scale development projects (3.8M-sq.-ft. footprint by 2015). Member of 15-person team embedded with Google’s Real Estate & Workplace Services group. 

RESPONSE:
•	Established/managed companywide sustainable materials program visible to Google’s real estate leadership team. 
•	In alignment with Google’s corporate strategy, developed industry-first tools for efficient and accurate sharing of data between materials manufacturers and design teams.

Selected to join project management team serving architecture, engineering, interior design, and site design firm.

RESPONSE:
•	Provided construction administration, contractor and architect documentation, and certification management expertise.
•	Made significant contributions to the on-time/on-budget completion of 3 cross-branch Armed Forces Reserve Center campus projects.
•	Selected as lead on key projects that enabled vital certification for 92K-sq.-ft. human genetic therapies warehouse and distribution center with 60K sq. ft. of cGMP ambient and cold storage.

Managed physical plant of a retreat center consisting of 10 buildings on 35 acres, including vendor coordination and general maintenance.

Transformed a nonprofit job training program from a homestyle weekend bake sale to a successful retail and wholesale bakery with a full line of offerings.

Managed full-line bakery production, staffing and training, wholesale accounts, recipe development, established and managed retail storefront, deliveries, and coordinated a rotating volunteer staff.
