Imran Sheikh is a senior project and resource leader with over 20 years of experience in business and technology related projects. He has an extensive background in software, wireless, consumer retail, and transportation industries. Imran has proven success and experience in project/program management, resource management, analysis, design, and leadership. He is a Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM) and a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 18 years of combined Program Management/Leadership experience managing multiple development projects.

Imran's skills include program and project management, business analysis, and process design and has an excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, comfortable with verbal, visual, oral, and written mediums to share and influence ideas at all levels of an organization. He has extensive experience, nationally and internationally, in the design, implementation and operations of mission-critical enterprise information systems.

Imran's qualifications and background make him an expert in developing, managing project plans, project budgets, financial planning, and resource scheduling. He has a proven record of accomplishment in mentoring, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams, including developers/software engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve critical timelines within budgets, goals, and client expectations. As an alumnus of the University of Washington, Imran has held various leadership positions in numerous organizations such as PACCAR, Synapse Product Development, Allyis - Information Technology, Starbucks Coffee Company, United Online, T-Mobile USA, BearingPoint, and Hope Society. Imran's mastery of different Development Life Cycles (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile (Scrum), Kanban, and Waterfall ensure that he identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risks, issues, and project constraints while balancing business and technical impacts to deliver higher quality products and releases.
