•	Acted as Program Manager for technology installation in new 850,000 square-foot headquarters of major financial institution to include development and management of $130M technology plan and budget. 
•	Orchestrated IT component of 1,000,000 square-foot relocation project with $150M capital budget to include design of data centers, trading floors, IT infrastructure, and migration plans. 
•	Headed team supporting financial services firm’s relocation and restoration initiative following September 11, 2001 attacks to include build of 350,000 square-feet of new space in 3 months.
