Roman Rác is an experienced HR consultant, Senior HR Advisory Consultant at PwC Slovakia, trainer, and coach. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering HR projects and consulting in areas of HR Controlling, compensation and benefits, employee and management development, and operational effectiveness of HR processes. Roman has extensive experience in team and individual motivation and effectiveness, and he also worked as a trainer and coach, designed and delivered high-level trainings and workshops for various organizations.

Roman studied High School, Economics and Accounting at Business Academy Partizánske and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management, as well as a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. He is also knowledgeable in personal and team development topics, as well as solving operational issues of HR employees.

In his role at PwC Slovakia, Roman is responsible for projects related to HR topics, project management, HR Controlling, and Workforce studies in Slovakia. He is also focused on providing consulting services in the areas of compensation and benefits, using PwC study PayWell in AUTOMOTIVE, MANUFACTURING, LOGISTICS, TRADE, and DISTRIBUTION sectors.
