Карина Ибриева

Karina Ibrieva is an experienced communicator and expert, currently serving as the Customer Relations Team Leader at Practicum Global Shift, an educational lab for business globalization. Ibrieva is a conduit for students and graduates of educational programs to the ecosystem of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, focused on building the best business community in Russia and Eastern Europe. Ibrieva has a Bachelor's degree from Moscow State Regional University in Project Management and also earned a degree in Translation. Before joining Practicum Global Shift, Ibrieva served as a Project Manager and Sales Manager at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and worked as a Manager for VIP clients at VTB.

At Practicum Global Shift, Ibrieva focuses on the development of the diploma program, which provides development resources for entrepreneurs and teams aiming to build global companies. The program is the only educational lab in Russia that allows entrepreneurs and teams to design the architecture of a global company and test global strategy before setting up representative offices in new markets. Born-global startups, small, medium, and large-sized businesses, readying top teams for corporate (internal) entrepreneurs and preparing businesses for global growth, all benefit from the program. Ibrieva noted, "the only way for Russian companies to grow is by going global, and this became very clear in 2020."
