Quentin Clark has been announced as the new Managing Director at General Catalyst from January 2021. Being a master of product and technology, Quention has excelled in the enterprise space, working on product strategy, definition and planning, engineering, organization and business development. He has deep operational experience in enterprise software and has been passionately crafting and pursuing meaningful visions throughout his career. Prior to joining General Catalyst, he worked as the CTO at Dropbox and Chief Business Officer and Chief Technology Officer at SAP. Before SAP, he spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he served as a Corporate Vice President and the executive behind the success story for the SQL Server product, driving double-digit growth in the multi-billion-dollar business. Passionate about investing deeply in team building, coaching, and mentoring, Quentin has experience advising companies of all scales, angel investing, advising, and mentoring startup CEOs and enterprise company executives.
