Zvi Rudawsky, CPM ", is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate operations. He currently serves as the CEO of Portus, LLC, overseeing Boutique Apartments™/Wheelhouse Apartments and managing daily company operations.

Under his leadership, Portus, LLC effectively manages 4,250 apartment units in Colorado. Moreover, Zvi holds the position of managing director at Wheelhouse Construction, a company specializing in apartment renovations and tenant improvements, and Wheelhouse Commercial, a commercial management and leasing firm.

Zvi, often referred to as "Zvee," possesses a diverse skill set, encompassing property management, asset management, real estate owned (REO) management, appraisal, due diligence, construction management, and asset disposition.

He pursued his education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University. Zvi's commitment to the real estate industry is evident through his role as a Principal at Boutique Apartments.
