Zulhazmi Mokhti

Zulhazmi Mokhti is a highly skilled professional specializing in the development of broadband and high-efficiency RF power amplifiers for telecommunications using GaN and LDMOS technologies, envelope tracking, Doherty power amplifier design, and nonlinear device modeling.

Zulhazmi has expertise in GaN and LDMOS transistor technology development, optimization for system-level efficiency, and linearity performance. He also possesses knowledge in waveform engineering for RF power amplifier design, continuous mode, and high-efficiency RF power amplifier design.

With a strong educational background, Zulhazmi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MSc in Wireless & Microwave Communication Engineering with a Distinction Award, and a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering summa cum laude.

Zulhazmi's professional experiences include product lifecycle management, RF test & measurement applications, RF microwave manufacturing processes, new product introductions, people management & motivation, technical management, team building, and wireless communication system & measurement.

He is proficient in using software such as ADS, Matlab, and JMP, and has worked in reputable organizations like Wolfspeed as an RF Design Engineer, Infineon Technologies as Staff Research Development Engineer, and held managerial positions at Agilent Technologies and ATM Solutions Sdn Bhd.

Zulhazmi also has a background in RF microwave test & measurement utilizing spectrum analyzers, non-linear vector network analyzers, signal generators, high bandwidth oscilloscopes, power meters, and load pull systems.
