Zul Kapadia
Building healthier communities
Zul Kapadia is the President of Prism Health Lab, a community-based medical practice located in the Chicagoland area. He has held this position since March 2020, leading the organization in its efforts to provide healthcare services, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his leadership, Prism Health Lab has established multiple testing and vaccination sites, serving over one million patients and addressing public health needs in the community.13
Kapadia has a diverse professional background, including significant roles at SkyPower Global, where he worked from 2015 to 2023 as the Executive Director of Global Intelligence & Multilateral Engagement. His responsibilities included developing global projects and securing power purchase agreements across emerging markets. Prior to that, he held various positions at Deloitte, focusing on strategy and operations, and has experience in consulting for organizations such as the Government of Gujarat, India, and the U.S. House of Representatives.14
In terms of education, Zul Kapadia earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School (2019-2021) and a Master of Science in Management Studies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2013-2014). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese Language and Culture from Northwestern University (2009-2012) and has studied at Peking University and Georgetown University.12
