Zubair Junjunia is the founder of ZNotes, a global student movement addressing educational inequality with over 5 million learners in 190+ countries.
Recipient of the Diana Legacy Award and a Generation17 Young Leader by UNDP and Samsung, Zubair is dedicated to ending educational inequality.
He serves as the National Youth Leader for the UK at the Global Partnership for Education and is an advisory board member at the University of Cambridge.
As an SDG advocate, Zubair has spoken at prestigious events including COP28, the 74th UN General Assembly, and the WISE Summit, advocating for fair education globally.
He graduated with a Master's in Mathematics from UCL in 2020 and focuses on promoting equitable quality education through peer-based learning models.
In addition to his impactful work, Zubair is also an outdoors enthusiast, participating in triathlons, marathons, and skating.
