He is known for his financial and cultural turnarounds in developing and developed organizations, delivering top and bottom-line results across various industries that include FMCG, IT, food, logistics, and retail. With his expertise in building, repositioning, and rejuvenating local and global brands using innovative concepts and digital campaigns, Zsolt is a visionary entrepreneur who is passionate about cultivating responsible cross-border entrepreneurship to drive meaningful innovation in agriculture, food supply chain, and regenerative ecosystems.

Zsolt holds a Master's degree in Sociology and History and is also a graduate of China Start Start-up Program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He currently serves as the CEO of Supp.li, a digitalized food supply chain and ecosystem provider that automates food go-to-market for farmers. He is a mentor at CEU InnovationsLab, Formerly Mentor at One Future Venture Capital and Host Mentor at Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions, including CEO at Hangzhou Supp.li Network Technology Co., Ltd., Entrepreneur In Residence at Procter & Gamble, CEO at Export Incubation, CVC Brand Leader - P&G Motion - Central Europe at Procter & Gamble, and other brand management positions at P&G.
