Her analytical skills were further honed during her time as a Financial Analyst at American Express, where she gained valuable experience in financial planning and analysis.

Seeking to broaden her horizons, Zoya transitioned into the energy industry, working as a Summer Intern and later a Summer Analyst at Equinor. Here, she focused on exploration strategy and business development, gaining valuable insights into the complex world of the energy sector.

Zoya's talent for strategic thinking and project management was recognized during her time as a Consulting Project at ENGIE, where she contributed to the successful execution of various projects. This experience paved the way for her role as a Management Consultant at Aker Solutions, where she provided strategic guidance and insights to clients in the energy industry.
