Zoe Paschalidi is a driven individual with a diverse academic and professional background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, where she honed her skills in communication, critical thinking, and strategic planning. She is also a CFA Institute alumni and studied at the German School of Athens, which gave her a global perspective and an enhanced cross-cultural competency.

Upon graduation, Paschalidi had the privilege of interning at prestigious firms such as EY and Pall Mall Capital, where she gained valuable experience in finance and advisory services. She also worked as an Associate at 8 Miles LLP, a private equity firm that focuses on investing in African businesses with high growth potential. Her responsibilities at 8 Miles included performing due diligence on potential acquisitions, financial modeling, and market research. Not content with just being an associate, Paschalidi co-founded Snowtripper, a startup that offers ski vacation packages in Europe, catering to the millennial market trend.

Currently, Paschalidi is an ASB Analyst at EBRD. In her role, she analyzes and evaluates financial statements, assesses credit risk, and provides recommendations for financing facilities across industries, including infrastructure, renewable energy, and financial institutions. She also assists in the monitoring of portfolio performance and provides support to portfolio managers.
