Zoe Chambers

Zoe Chambers is a Partner at Frontline Ventures in London and a Kauffman Fellow (Class 27).135 She joined Frontline Ventures in 2021 and focuses on backing founders building a better and more inclusive future.5 Chambers has a particular interest in innovations advancing female healthcare and climate tech initiatives supporting the transition to renewable energy sources.5

Prior to joining Frontline, Chambers worked as an early-stage investor and principal at Octopus Ventures, where she led their deeptech investment team and made 14 investments, primarily in climate-focused and deeptech startups.3 Throughout her career in venture capital, 50% of her investments have been in female-led businesses, demonstrating her commitment to supporting traditionally overlooked founders.35

Chambers has a background in law, having studied at University College London and worked for eight years as a corporate lawyer at Jones Day.3 She also has experience working at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group.3

As a Kauffman Fellow, Chambers participates in a two-year educational, networking, and leadership development program designed for venture capitalists.24 This program aims to accelerate success in venture capital through self-reflection, peer learning, and a structured curriculum.4
