Ziqi Liu is a dedicated PhD candidate with a wealth of over 6 years of research experience, focusing on the intersection of technology development for research and medicine.

Ziqi Liu's specific interests lie in pioneering technologies aimed at advancing novel therapeutics and translating fundamental discoveries into practical clinical applications. With a strong background in mammalian cell culture, genetic manipulations through CRISPR, molecular biology, and flow cytometry, Ziqi has a proven track record in method development and optimization to address gaps in current knowledge and technology.

Beyond the lab, Ziqi Liu possesses additional skills in informatics and data processing, including proficiency in Bash, Python, and R programming languages. Ziqi has hands-on experience in processing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data from various experiments such as ATAC, ChIP, HiChIP, and RNAseq, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of these techniques. Furthermore, Ziqi has employed the Python Image (Pillow) module for customized automated image analysis, showcasing versatility across different technological platforms.
