Zion Shlomo

Zion Shlomo is a skilled professional with a background in customer service, professional services, and operations management. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University and has since held various leadership roles in the technology industry, mainly with Amdocs and NCR Retail. His most recent position is Head of Customer Services Unit EMEA at Amdocs, where he oversees customer service operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Before his current role, Zion worked as Service Partner and Head of Professional Services at Amdocs, where he gained extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Prior to joining Amdocs, he held senior operational roles at NCR Retail, including Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager.
