Zi Tan is a driven Programme Manager at Padang & Co, overseeing open innovation projects and programmes, including innovation challenges and hackathons. With a background in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Zi has worked in various roles spanning from facilities and project engineering to digital marketing. Driven by a passion for the possibilities of the Future of Work and the digitization of our work environments and processes, Zi is always keen to collaborate and assist with projects in these areas. Prior to Padang & Co, Zi worked as a Project Manager at Alley 51 Ventures and as Head Of Department, Mechanical & Electrical at Synergy FMI Pte Ltd.
