Ouyang Zhou

Zhou Ouyang is an accomplished operations and manufacturing management professional with two decades of experience working in European and American invested enterprises. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shenzhen University, where he developed his skills and knowledge in Radio Communication. As a plant manager and operations director, Zhou has demonstrated his expertise in managing multiple operational functions, including production, engineering, IE, maintenance, quality, NPI, planning, purchasing, logistics, EHS, and security. His strong leadership, strategic planning, and budget controlling skills have enabled him to set up new factories from scratch, define rules and procedures, and grow businesses successfully.
